Just wanted to pop in to say hi. It's been crazy busy here around MCP. With all the amazing families I've been working with, taking care of my own family, prepping for our newest member, holiday preparations and working at the hospital it's been keeping me on my toes :)

Newborn Photography is some of my favorite. To be honest...it's not for everyone. You have to be willing to be patient, to be OK with pee, poo and other bodily fluids and you have to be OK with going on baby's schedule. They run the show....100%.

For me there is nothing better then getting to snuggle a sweet new baby for a few hours. I feel so honored when my clients invite me in to such an intimate and special time in their lives...entrusting me to capture their precious baby. I won't go into details now but newborn safety is something that I feel very passionately about. Never ever ever should a sweet new baby ever be put in harms way. My new little clients always have mom or dad close by or have hands on them at all times. They are safe...they are happy and hopefully mom and dad are able to get a little relaxation in :)

And this little lady. My oh my is she a beauty. I adore all her little sweet features and I love how calm she was. Thank you C family for allowing me to be apart of this beautiful time in your lives. Many blessings to you :).

So it might seem a little crazy to already be talking about the holidays but with Halloween tomorrow and November the very next day the holidays are officially upon us :).

When I sent out an inquire for my holiday mini interest list back in August I had no idea how many incredible people I would have the pleasure of working with. This last weekend I had the privilege of working with 6 families...at one of my most favorite locations and had an absolute ball! Look forward to sharing all of my families with you over the next month! Here are the beautiful little families I worked with this week.

I first met this little family last fall before little Ms M was born. I have had an absolute ball watching as their family grows. For their photo session we headed to a beautiful little park in Winter Park and had a blast. The park was dubbed a magically forest by little man and I think I have to agree with him :). Thank you B family for allowing me to continue to capture your beautiful family!  Look forward to seeing you again soon!

These sweet little ones I had the pleasure of meeting last year around this time (I've actually known their mommy for a really long time :)). They are sooo much fun. Full of smiles and giggles.

My girl :) We had about 3 minutes...Actually we were running about 5 minutes late for a beautiful little ceremony but I saw the light outside and I just had to grad a few shots of my pretty little lady. Hands down my favorite time of day to use my camera is before sunset...It gives such a beautiful light...so complimentary of everyone. Luckily my girl still thinks I'm pretty fun....So she humors me with that gorgeous smile :)
